As the Federal Court has now confirmed on the public record, Adrian James Campbell has conviction records spanning from 2012 to 2018, including fraud convictions in Queensland (2012), five consumer law convictions at Southport Magistrates Court relating to International Solar Solutions (2015), and 11 counts of false and misleading conduct through Eco Boss Pty Ltd (2018), for which he was personally fined $85,000 and ordered to pay $102,200 in compensation.
Campbell initially concealed this criminal history in a sworn Federal Court affidavit before being compelled to file a corrected affidavit admitting to the convictions.
